To schedule your initial appointment new patients must call the office. We will find the best time to schedule an initial evaluation.
Initial Appointment
At Serene Chiropractic, your initial appointment involves a detailed consultation addressing your overall health, a medical history, a physical exam, postural analysis and, if necessary x-rays. The information you provide guides the doctor in creating a personalized treatment plan. Depending on the exam’s findings the first session may or may not include an adjustment.
The initial exam begins with software assisted analysis of posture followed by a range of motion assessment. Further evaluation of the joints and muscles with specific orthopedic and nerve assessments will be performed.

Initial
Pediatric Appointment
At Serene Chiropractic initial pediatric appointments involve detailed consultation addressing the overall health and history of your child or baby. The exam includes a posture and gait analysis, cranial exam, scoliosis screening and, neurological exam including primitive reflex testing if necessary.
For children aged 3 and under, Dr. Serena asks for pictures of your baby prior to your first appointment to prepare and assess head shape and jaw function.
